What you get every month
Our RP Elevate program is designed for rugby players of all skill levels, across both Rugby Union and Rugby 7s.
We work with players and parents to set achievable goals and then build a skill development plan to ensure they exceed their goals and smash their rugby ceiling.
Our program is highly tailored and operates on a personal level to ensure each of our students gets maximum value for the time they put to the program
2 x 60 minute training sessions
Every month each player will have 2 x 1 hour intensive skills training session with Jase to develop their core skills in accordance with their personalised skill development plan. Each session is limited to a maximum of 10 players to allow for a highly engaging session with plenty of 1 on 1 time for each player.
Rugby IQ
Players and parents will have access to the Rugby Pathways Rugby IQ learning system where they will have access to information covering laws, strategies, position descriptions, nutrition, skill development, speed & agility, strength & conditioning + more
Goal setting & tracking
If we aren't serious about smashing goals with our players then what are we doing. Every month / every check-in we will be reviewing the goals and the progress we are making towards them.
PSS Skill Development Plan
Every month you'll receive an updated Position Specific Skill development plan for your 1st & 2nd preferred positions. This will help develop your core skills at home or with a partner to set you apart from the competition.
Training Shirt & Journal
Every player that signs up for our 6 or 12 month RP Elevate program will receive a free Rugby Pathways Elevate training shirt & training journal.
Player mentoring
Each month every player (and / or parents) will have 2 x 10 - 15 minute check-in calls / video conference with Jase. These are designed to keep our players accountable and progressing to their goals. We also work through recent game & training footage to identify skills that need work on, or areas of your game that can be improved, to assist with achieving your rugby goals.
Prep for Rep Strategy
Whether it is XVs or 7s representative honours being chased, a training program will be developed to allow players chasing representative team selection the best opportunity to succeed.
Player testing & tracking
Each player is tested for speed, agility, conditioning & skills every 3 months to be able to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
Pathway Development
Once goals have been established we will work with the player and parents to ensure they are fully aware of upcoming opportunities to attend trials, open training sessions, selection opportunities & combine style events.
Match & Training reviews
Each month players will have a match or training session reviewed by Jase (either via video or in person) with a report card provided to player & parent to highlight areas of improvement or areas to continue to work on.

All other aspects of the Elevate program are delivered online via video conference or our online learning system.
Each session and training plan is specifically tailored to the needs of the players in each group. The small group sizes are designed to allow for plenty of 1on1 coaching between Jase & each player.
We also offer specialisations for Rugby 7s players who want to focus their skills for 7s rather than 15-a-side.

Jason Croll
A passionate player centred coach who is driven by helping players get better with every rep, set acheivable goals and push them to exceed their own expectations.
"The difference between ordinary and extraordinary, is a little extra."
My rugby career began when I was 12 years old, and looking back now, I have my Dad to thank for helping me find my passion for rugby and how I can use it to shape my life but also the lives of those I am lucky enough to coach.
I have coached teams from Under 8s (playing their first ever game) to Men’s & Women’s 1st grade and one thing is the constant in every single team I coach…
Every player knows that my sole purpose is to ensure that no matter how long I get to spend with them we will work together to get better, improve our IQ and take opportunities whenever they arise.
